  1. Does the contract for managing Dickson Pool contain any requirements for (a) maintaining full public access/avoiding pool closures for private events, (b) minimum staffing numbers to ensure the facility can operate at full capacity at all times, particularly during summer, (c) operating capacity, including (i) total number of people allowed in the pool at any given time, (ii) required ratios of staff to patrons and (iii) whether the facility’s full operating capacity is being maintained at all times, particularly during summer and (d) any specific  requirements for avoiding closures, partial closures, or the use of one-in, one-out limits for patrons seeking to access the pool on extremely hot days, such as days over 40 degrees; if so, what are they.
  2. Does the Government have any concerns about requiring patrons to line up out the front of the facility referred to in part (1) on particularly hot days.
  3. Does the Government have any plans to construct a shade structure out the front of the pool referred to in part (1) to ensure people, particularly children, forced to line up when the pool reaches capacity are protected from the sun.
