Question - Waste

1. Is the Minister aware if the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water has released a summary of the National Roadmap: Harmonising action on problematic and unnecessary plastics, as announced in its 10 December 2024 communique; if so, where can it be found.
2. Is the full list of problematic and unnecessary plastics published; if so, where.
3. Are balloons on that list.
4. Does the ACT Government have plans to make any further reform to ensure balloons released in the ACT do not cause harm to wildlife.
5. Does the ACT government have plans to make any further reforms locally in relation to other problematic and unnecessary plastics.
