Question - Housing

1. What is the point at which Housing ACT terminates someone’s lease when they occupy a Housing ACT property but have been detained at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC), e.g. is it when someone is sentenced to three months imprisonment or does the clock start as soon as a person enters on remand.
2. How was that period of time determined to be appropriate.
3. How many people in the AMC have lost their Housing ACT property over the last 24 months, broken down into male, female, gender diverse, First Nations status and remanded/sentenced.
