- Can the Minister provide a copy of the updated guidance that was issued by the Chief Police Officer to ACT Policing members regarding the application of the Commonwealth hate speech and prohibited symbols laws following the seizure of posters from Dissent Cafe and Bar.
- Can the Minister provide a copy of the original guidance that was issued after new hate crime laws were passed by the Federal Parliament earlier this year but before the incident at Dissent Cafe and Bar.
- What changes were made to the guidance referred to in parts (1) and (2) following the incident at Dissent Cafe and Bar and why.
