Question - Ginninderry

Noting that Ginninderra Falls was closed in 2004, and part of the area under the control of the Ginninderry Conservation Trust is adjacent to the Ginninderra Falls and given that Ginninderra Falls has been put on the market with an expression of interest process closing on 28 November, (a) is the ACT Government considering purchasing the site, (b) was an EOI submitted for the purchase of Ginninderra Falls, (c) will the ACT Government protect the ecologically sensitive areas and provide public access to the community so that people can continue to enjoy the Ginninderra Falls and (d) how will the ACT Government make sure that First Nations people have management, access and use of significant areas.
