- Who is the current Minister responsible for the ACT Government's Waste to Energy Policy.
- Who is the former Minister responsible for the ACT Government's Waste to Energy Policy, as referred to by Minister Orr in Question Time on 2 December 2025.
- When the current Waste to Energy Policy 2020-2025 expires in 2025, does the ACT Government intend for this policy to remain in place until a new one is developed; if so, (a) when was this decision made and (b) who made that decision.
- Has the City and Environment Directorate begun internal work to develop the next Waste to Energy Policy.
- Has the City and Environment Directorate sought advice from other agencies, including ACT Health, about evidence on the public health risks posed by waste to energy projects.
