Question - Waste

1. Who is the current Minister responsible for the ACT Government's Waste to Energy Policy.
2. Who is the former Minister responsible for the ACT Government's Waste to Energy Policy, as referred to by Minister Orr in Question Time on 2 December 2025.
3. When the current Waste to Energy Policy 2020-2025 expires in 2025, does the ACT Government intend for this policy to remain in place until a new one is developed; if so, (a) when was this decision made and (b) who made that decision.
4. Has the City and Environment Directorate begun internal work to develop the next Waste to Energy Policy.
5. Has the City and Environment Directorate sought advice from other agencies, including ACT Health, about evidence on the public health risks posed by waste to energy projects.
