1. What was the original contracted cost of raising London Circuit for Light Rail Stage 2A, and was this the lowest bid for the Raising the London Circuit contract.
2. Was the scope of the tender changed at any stage; if so, were all parties who originally bid given the opportunity to re-submit their bid.
3. What is the current forecast cost of raising London Circuit, including known variation.
