  1. What was the total capital cost to the Government of delivering the netball facilities at Jacka, including (a) land acquisition or preparation costs, (b) construction costs, (c) associated infrastructure, including (i) parking, (ii) lighting, (iii) amenities and (iv) landscaping and (d) any subsequent capital upgrades or rectification works.
  2. What is the annual cost to the Government of operating, maintaining and managing the facility referred to in part (1), including (a) routine maintenance, (b) asset management and depreciation, (c) staffing or management contracts and (d) utilities and other operating costs.
  3. How many bookings have been made for the facility referred to in part (1) for each of the past three years, including (a) the total number of hours booked and (b) the proportion of available court hours utilised.
  4. What revenue has been generated from bookings or other uses of the facility in each of the years referred to in part (3).
  5. Has the Government undertaken any post-completion evaluation of the utilisation or value for money of the facility referred to in part (1); if so, will that analysis be tabled.
  6. What is the Government’s expected utilisation rate required for the facility referred to in part (1) to be considered operating as intended.
