- Has any (a) mould, (b) air quality or (c) water ingress assessment been conducted at GIO Stadium in the past five years, particularly in enclosed areas such as coaching boxes, change rooms, or media facilities; if mould testing has been undertaken, (i) what areas were tested, (ii) what were the results and (iii) were any exceedances of safe exposure levels identified; if no mould or air quality testing has been undertaken, how has the Government satisfied itself that the facility is safe for regular occupational use by players, officials and staff.
- What remediation works have been undertaken in response to mould, leaks, or building envelope failures.
