  1. What steps did the Minister take in response to the allegations of misconduct raised with their office on 25 November 2024, in relation to Housing ACT’s proposed significant development application at 100 Macarthur Place, O'Connor (DA 202443268).
  2. Was Housing ACT aware that approval for a performance-based waste removal solution was required before the development application could be submitted.
  3. Did Housing ACT make representations in the development application that a performance-based waste removal solution had been approved.
  4. Was Housing ACT aware, at the time the representation was made, that the waste removal solution identified in the development application had been denied approval on 7 March 2024.
  5. What steps did Housing ACT take to investigate the existing traffic conditions and infrastructural limitations of Macarthur Place before the development application was submitted.
  6. What steps did Housing ACT take to assess the impact that the proposed design would have on local residents’ safe access to the street before submitting the development application, and what were the results of that assessment.
  7. Why was the proposed development initially not clearly identified as a significant development application, and clarification on this only provided once Macarthur Place residents made enquiries to ACT Planning.
  8. What steps has the Minister taken to assure the local community that the development application will be managed honestly and lawfully by Housing ACT.
  9. Is Housing ACT reconsidering the proposed design in response to concerns raised by the local community during the public consultation period, regarding safe access to Macarthur Place.
