2. How many development applications required a Lease Variation in (a) 2023-24 and (b) 2024-25 (year to date).
3. How much additional time on average (in days) does a Lease Variation generate for the development application approval process in 2024-25.
4. Is there a statutory timeframe for processing Lease Variations as part of development applications.
