Has the Construction Occupations Registrar, through Access Canberra, taken any disciplinary or regulatory action against any builders, structural engineers, certifiers or other licensed professionals involved in relation to the structural defects identified at the Kingston Place development in Kingston, including the Emergency Rectification Order issued in 2019; if so, what action was taken; if not, why not.
