(Commonwealth Funding)
In relation to the Assembly resolution of 3 September 2025 regarding minimum 50:50 Commonwealth funding on all ACT infrastructure projects where total project costs exceed $5 million, (a) how much funding has been sought and granted since this motion passed, (b) has the Government changed its practices in terms of seeking federal funding for infrastructure projects as a result of this motion passing the Assembly; if so, how, (c) will the next set of annual reports provide information about which projects sought Commonwealth funding, how much was sought and how much was granted; if not, why not and (d) has the Government explored options like changing templates on standard briefings and cabinet papers to require officials to advise whether a project is eligible for Commonwealth funding, whether funding was sought and whether it will be or is likely to be granted.
