Can the Minister describe the process that happens when an ACT public housing tenant makes a request for maintenance or repair of their ACT public housing property, including (a) where does the request go to at each stage of the process and for how long does it remain on average at each stage of the process before being completed, (b) where does PLAN sit,  including (i) what their role is, (ii) how long does work sit with PLAN on average between when it arrives and when it is completed, (iii) how many projects are in PLAN and (iv) how many fail to meet their statutory obligation in terms of time frames, (c) why are some tenants given a work order and some not and (d) how many tiers of complaints are there, including (i) how are they categorised, (ii) what is the complaints process and who is involved at each tier of the process and (iii) how many complaints are there in each tier currently.
