- What program are the cameras being run under that have raised concerns about police surveillance infrastructure in the neighbourhood of Holt, where two yellow cages were observed by the roadside, each with a tall pole extending from the top with cameras affixed, branded with the name "Vision Intelligence" and carrying notices stating they are recording audio and video.
- What is the legal authority for ACT Policing to deploy surveillance cameras in residential areas using equipment branded as a private company.
- What data governance obligations apply to footage collected by the units referred to in part (1), including (a) retention periods and (b) access controls.
- Did ACT Policing assess the compatibility of the surveillance activity referred to in part (1) with the Human Rights Act 2004, specifically the right to privacy in section 12.
- Is there a policy governing the disclosure or non-disclosure of police identity on externally hired surveillance equipment.
