In relation to the Chief Minister's answer to the question without notice on 25 February 2026 regarding federal government funding for aged care, (a) can the Chief Minister explain why there is a risk that the money allocated to the ACT to create aged care beds would not be fully utilised if we did not already have aged care beds and (b) can the Chief Minister provide more detail about how exactly the money that was allocated as part of this agreement will be used, including whether it will go to general health funding, or will it specifically be used to address the issue of delayed discharge for older Canberrans in hospital.
