Can the Minister provide information, broken down by directorate, on payments made under section 245 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 (Additional Payment) for (a) the number of employees who received a section 245 payment in 2023-24, (b) the number of employees who received a section 245 payment in 2024-25, (c) the number of employees currently receiving a section 245 payment, (d) total expenditure on section 245 payments in 2023-24, (e) total expenditure on section 245 payments in 2024-25, (f) budgeted total expenditure for section 245 payments in 2025-26, (g) the average (mean) section 245 payment per employee currently receiving a section 245 payment and (g) the median section 245 payment of employees currently receiving a section 245 payment.
