  1. What is the current status of asbestos at GIO Stadium, including (a) the (i) location, (ii) type and (iii) condition of any asbestos-containing materials, (b) whether any materials are friable or at risk of disturbance and (c) the date and findings of the most recent asbestos register, audit or risk assessment.
  2. What asbestos removal, remediation or containment works have been undertaken at GIO Stadium since 2015, including the (i) scope, (ii) cost, (ii) timing of each program and (iv) whether any identified asbestos remain in situ; if so, why.
  3. What risk assessments have been undertaken regarding potential asbestos exposure for spectators, players, staff and contractors.
  4. Have any incidents or exceedances of asbestos exposure been recorded in the past 10 years.
  5. Will the Minister table all current asbestos management plans, air monitoring results and safety reports confirming the facility is safe for continued public use.
