- Has the Government previously considered banning the public sale of second-generation anti-coagulant rodenticides (SGARs); if so, what was the reason behind the Government's decision.
- Will the Government consider banning the sale of SGARs.
- Has the Government engaged with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) draft decision on rodenticides published on 16 December 2025.
- Has the Minister sought advice from the City and Environment Directorate on the draft decision and directed them to make a submission to the consultation that closes on 16 March 2026.
- Will the Government advocate to the APVMA to prohibit the public sale of SGAR products.
