Question - Environment

1. Has the Government previously considered banning the public sale of second-generation anti-coagulant rodenticides (SGARs); if so, what was the reason behind the Government's decision.
2. Will the Government consider banning the sale of SGARs.
3. Has the Government engaged with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) draft decision on rodenticides published on 16 December 2025.
4. Has the Minister sought advice from the City and Environment Directorate on the draft decision and directed them to make a submission to the consultation that closes on 16 March 2026.
5. Will the Government advocate to the APVMA to prohibit the public sale of SGAR products.
