In relation to Auditor-General reporting that average fulltime employees within the ACT Public Service has grown from 24,689 in 2021 to 30,245 in June 2025, can the Minister advise where this extra workforce has gone, broken down by (a) Directorate and (b) the nature of their employment, such as, for example, within ACT Health, the number and percentage of staff who are administrative versus frontline workers.
