  1. Given that Elouera Street in Braddon, between Mort St and Northbourne Avenue, has been closed for a number of months, when was this lane first closed and when is it due to re-open.
  2. Why is the lane, referred to in part (1), closed.
  3. If the lane is closed for a development, is the developer required to pay monetary compensation for the lane closure given the impact on the wider community.
  4. Is the Government measuring the impact on traffic in the Braddon area of this lane closure.
  5. Is the developer required to work weekends or out of hours to minimise the time the community is impacted by the lane closure.
