  1. Since 1 January 2020, how many individuals granted bail in the ACT (a) had multiple prior bail breaches, or (b) committed a further offence while on bail.
  2. How many bail applications were granted to persons referred to in part (1) in each of the past three years, and what proportion of those applications were for individuals previously denied bail on grounds of risk.
  3. How many bail refusals and how many bail approvals were made in the last two years, in respect of individuals with two or more prior convictions in the previous four years.
  4. For individuals who were convicted of an offence committed while on bail, what was the average period of time between the granting of bail and when the offence was committed, in each of the past three years.
