  1. Given that the latest ACT Health Elective Surgery and Emergency Department Monthly Performance Report (Quarter 3 - 2023-24) reports a total of 661 patients being removed from the elective surgery waiting list (ESWL) from January 2024 to March 2024, for reasons other than surgery, with 309 patients from North Canberra Hospital and 352 patients from Canberra Hospital, what are the reasons for each of these patients being removed from each hospital.
  2. How many complaints have been received by the ACT Government in (a) 2024 and (b) 2023 about patients being removed from the ESWL at (i) Canberra Hospital and (ii) North Canberra Hospital.
  3. How many elective surgery patients at (a) Canberra Hospital and (b) North Canberra Hospital had their surgeries cancelled last minute due to having to cancel an entire doctor's/surgeries list.
  4. How many doctor's/surgeries lists were cancelled and what was the reason for each cancellation at (a) Canberra Hospital and (b) North Canberra Hospital, for each month of (i) 2023 and (ii) 2024 to date of this question on notice being published.
  5. How many complaints have been received by the ACT Government in (a) 2024 and (b) 2023 about last minute cancellations of surgeries and/or doctor/surgery lists at (i) Canberra Hospital and (ii) North Canberra Hospital.
  6. What is the target number of elective surgeries to be performed each month, or each year, by (a) Canberra Hospital and (b) North Canberra Hospital.
