- What methodology is used to calculate the wait time displayed publicly at each Walk-in Centre, including whether the figure represents a prediction of how long a patient arriving at that time will wait or an average of wait times experienced by patients seen in a previous period.
- What analysis has been undertaken by the Health and Community Services Directorate to assess how accurately the displayed wait time referred to in part (1) reflects the actual waiting time experienced by patients arriving at the centre.
- What is the average variance between the wait time referred to in part (1) and the actual waiting time experienced by patients.
- Does ACT Health collect data on the number of patients waiting at any given time at Walk-in Centres; if so, what has been the (a) average number of patients waiting and (b) largest queue recorded, in each of the past three years.
- What was (a) the longest recorded wait time experienced by a patient attending a Walk-in Centre and (b) how many patients waited more than two hours to be seen, in each of the past three financial years.
- Has the Health and Community Services Directorate undertaken any review or audit of the systems used to record and report wait-time data at Walk-in Centres; if so, what were the findings.
