In relation to the response to a question on notice from annual reports hearings, in which Dr John Boersig explained the nature of the work of Bradley John Burch/Sexton during his time at Legal Aid as a paralegal within the Criminal Law Practice, and assisting lawyers with “legal administrative work including booking appointments, updating and compiling client files, and filing documents at the courts”, did Mr Bradley Burch/Sexton have access to, or work on cases, with information related to children during his employment at Legal Aid.
