- How many residents have moved into the Woden Youth Foyer as of the date of this question, given the Built for CBR website currently states that the CIT Woden Campus and Youth Foyer were completed in July 2025 and that CIT Woden opened to students and staff for the start of Semester 2, 2025; if no residents have moved in, why does the website state the Youth Foyer was completed in July 2025.
- On what date was practical completion achieved for the Youth Foyer referred to in part (1).
- On what date was a Certificate of Occupancy issued for the Youth Foyer referred to in part (1).
- On what date was the facility referred to in part (1) handed over to the operator for service delivery.
- Which organisation has been appointed to operate the Youth Foyer referred to in part (1) and on what date was the appointment made.
- If the facility referred to in part (1) remains unoccupied, what specific factors have prevented residents moving in since the building was declared completed in July 2025.
