Did the Construction Occupations Registrar within Access Canberra review the status of the Class A builder’s licence held by Mr Tim Staines following the collapse of Imagine Building Concepts Pty Ltd.
Did the Registrar include consideration of related companies, including T & S Building Company Pty Ltd and Imagine Management Pty Ltd, in undertaking any such assessment referred to in part (1).
Has the Class A builder’s licence held by Mr Tim Staines been (a) cancelled, (b) suspended, (c) subject to conditions or (d) allowed to remain unchanged; if the licence has not been cancelled or suspended, what assessment did the Registrar undertake to determine that Mr Tim Staines remains a fit and proper person to hold a Class A builder’s licence under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004.
Did the Registrar consider the extent of unpaid creditors, subcontractors, or incomplete building work associated with the collapse of Imagine Building Concepts Pty Ltd in undertaking any such assessment referred to in part (3).
