MR RATTENBURY: ACAT is hoping someone will, and no agency has been funded to do it or seize the role.
Ms Cheyne: I do not have that level of detail. I thought it was—that got my attention.
MR RATTENBURY: No, it is interesting. That is why I followed it up with a question.

MR RATTENBURY: Minister, I might come back to the question of the duty lawyer given the answer is not available. Perhaps if you are open to take that on notice and perhaps giving the committee any further information you may be able to ascertain?
