Question asked
- Why is density being increased three-fold with 30 two-storey units at the Minimbah Court complex, which is located in a residential area comprising mostly single low-density houses.
- What reviews of the approved development application have been undertaken to modify it to enhance the safety, security and social cohesion of the intended social housing residents and the wider community.
- What considerations have been given to retaining the existing open green space to the east which allow vastly improved social interaction, as has been the case for the past 40 years.
- Why is the elimination of the green space at the inner corner of Solander Place being permitted.
- Why are there two driveways from the intended development into Solander Place, a narrow six-metre residential style street, instead of a single opening into Banks Street.
