  1. What is the status of the Multi-Hazard Advisory Council and when did it last meet.
  2. Why was nothing done in a timely manner to ensure that the Multi-Hazard Advisory Council could continue to operate and provide advice to the Minister.
  3. What is the Government doing to ensure that the Multi-Hazard Advisory Council can fulfil the legislative obligations.
  4. What is the Government's current policy on the implementation of hazard reduction burning in the ACT.
  5. Has the Multi-Hazard Advisory Council provided any recent advice to the Minister on the issue of Prescribed Burning in the ACT.
  6. Does the ACT Parks and Conservation Service have any plans to conduct prescribed burning in areas that are zoned as Landscape Management Zones on public land close to urban areas or within Namadgi National Park; if not, why has the policy agreed to by the Government following the coronial inquiry into the 2003 bushfires been changed.
