What are the six town centres referred to on page 9 of the CBR2030: ACT’s Strategic Economic Development Framework, which states “‘We have supported the emergence of new communities through planning and housing reform, with Molonglo officially recognised as Canberra’s sixth town centre", given that the National Capital Plan (NCP) has the city centre and five town centres - Woden/Weston Creek, Belconnen, Tuggeranong, Gungahlin and Molonglo, and that we have an urban hierarchy which the ACT cannot be inconsistent with under the NCP.
