In relation to the response to question on notice No 334, (a) what are the scope and terms of reference for the evaluation to be conducted by Australian National University, (b) which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) groups were consulted in the development of the scope and terms of refence, (c) which ATSI groups will be involved in the conduct of the evaluation, (d) what is the budget/cost of this evaluation, (e) when will the evaluation report be provided, (f) will the evaluation report be published, (g) was there a competitive tender for the conduct of the evaluation, (h) how will this evaluation differ from the 2024 Yeddung Mura External Reporting Site Pilot—Evaluation Report, (i) what regular reporting obligations do Yeddung Mura have in relation to the i-Can program, (j) what metrics are routinely reported by Yeddung Mura to the ACT Government, (k) is the Government aware of any concerns about the Yeddung Mura program, (l) what compliance processes are in place in relation to the i-Can program.
