Question - Ginninderry

1. What action is the Government taking following the decision by the Yass Valley Council to vote against a proposal to change the ACT/NSW border to include part of the Ginninderry proposed for NSW within the ACT.   
2. Have there been any discussions with the NSW Government about shifting the boundary referred to in part (1).
3. If the border referred to in part (1) changes, would the land-use zoning in the NSW part of Ginninderry have to be reviewed.
