- Can the Minister provide a copy of the pre-application advice provided by the ACT Government to the University of Canberra (UC) in relation to Draft Plan Amendment No 11 released by the Territory Planning Authority for the old Arscott House site (Block 42 Section 65) leased to UC.
- In relation to the sale of the site referred to in part (1) to UC on or about 21 December 2011, (a) how much did UC pay for the land, (b) is the Crown lease a concessional Crown lease, (c) what undertakings did UC agree to upon the sale of the land, (d) was a valuation carried out to determine the value of the land and (e) how much was the land valued for at the time of sale.
- Did the Territory pay for the demolition of the building referred to in part (1) and how much did it cost to demolish it.
- Is it the case that the site referred to in part (1) was oil powered with on-site tanks storing fuel, given that it was not uncommon for heating of buildings such as Arscott House to be as such; if so, (a) have the tanks been removed and the site remediated, (b) did the Territory pay for the cost of the remediation and (c) how much did it cost to remediate the site.
