Question - Land

In relation to the Government contribution to the UNSW project, as described during debate of the Planning and Development Amendment Bill 2020 by the then Planning Minister as comprising approximately eight hectares of land in the city’s south-east, the cost of remediation of contamination on the site and a $25 million cash contribution to be paid by instalments as key milestones are delivered, (a) is the land being sold to the ANU at no cost and what was the value of the land forgone by the direct sale of the land at no cost, (b) what works are involved in the remediation of the site and what is the cost of those works and (c) has the Government made any instalment payment to the UNSW; if so, how much was paid.
