In relation to the Commonwealth Government announcement that they will provide further public hospital funding to states and territories and will increase ACT funding to 42.5 percent by 2030 and 45 percent by 2035: (a) what level of funding is currently provided, as a percentage and dollar figure, (b) what is the next increase and when will it be provided, (c) what will the funding amount be (as a percentage) for each year until the 45 percent in 2035, and (d) how is the Commonwealth providing budget certainty to states and territories to assist with their long term planning.
