Question asked
- Has an occupational hygienist been engaged to assess workplace health risks at GIO Stadium for players and officials and has that assessment resulted in a formal clearance that the site is safe for use; if not, why not.
- How has the Government satisfied its obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cwlth) to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that GIO Stadium is safe for workers, including players and officials, and what specific risk assessments or certifications support that position.
- Has the Government obtained advice on whether the absence of an occupational hygienist clearance has any impact on insurance coverage or liability exposure for incidents at GIO Stadium; if so, what is that advice.
