  1. Given that during a recent speech the Minister noted that “over half” of individuals in ACT custody are currently on remand, what is the current number of individuals held on remand in ACT custodial facilities.
  2. What percentage of the current ACT custodial population are (a) on remand and (b) serving a sentence.
  3. How many individuals currently on remand are being held due to breaches of bail conditions.
  4. What is the average time individuals spend on (a) remand in ACT custody and (b) remand where the remand is due specifically to a breach of bail conditions.
