  1. Given that in the ministerial statement of 5 March 2025, the Minister for Transport mentioned “an 18 percent reduction in daily volume of motor vehicles compared to 2016” attributed to the operation of Light Rail Stage 1 (Civic to Gungahlin), can the Minister advise how this 18 percent figure was measured, and is it (a) only along Northbourne Avenue, (b) along a broader set of road routes, or (c) Territory-wide.
  2. What is the source of the data referred to in part (1).
  3. Can the Government provide the quarter of 2027 when construction is expected to be completed, given that the ministerial statement on 5 March 2025 also stated that construction on Light Rail Stage 2A is due to be completed in 2027.
  4. How many light rail vehicles are expected to be deployed along the completed Light Rail Stages 1 and 2A (Commonwealth Avenue to Gungahlin).
