- How many Mobility Parking Scheme (MPS) permits are currently active in the ACT.
- How many MPS permits have been issued and what has been the annual growth rate in permits relative to population growth in each financial year since 2015–2016.
- How many compliance inspections or enforcement actions relating to misuse of disabled parking permits have been undertaken in each of the past five years.
- How many infringements have been issued for (a) use of an invalid permit, (b) use of a permit when the permit holder was not present and (c) fraudulent or altered permits.
- How many MPS permits have been (a) cancelled, (b) suspended or (c) revoked due to suspected misuse or fraud in each of the past five years.
- What auditing or verification processes does the Government undertake to ensure MPS permits continue to be held by eligible recipients.
- Has the Government undertaken any analysis of whether the number of permits issued in the ACT is proportionate to the Territory’s population and disability prevalence compared with other Australian jurisdictions.
