(Bus Stops in Coulter Drive)
- In relation to the eight bus stops in Coulter Drive, between Belconnen Way and Springvale Drive/Redfern Street roundabout, between December 2019 and now, which (if any) of these bus stops have received upgrades, and in each case, (a) what upgrade/s did each receive, and (b) when was each upgrade completed.
- Have any upgrades been approved and/or funded for any of these bus stops but not implemented yet; if so, can the Minister provide relevant details.
- How many people (a) board and (b) exit the bus at each of these eight stops on an average (i) week day and (ii) weekend day.
- Does the ACT Government have any data showing or suggesting that adding a shelter to a bus stop increases the number of people using that stop to catch or alight from a bus; if so, does increased usage contribute to an overall increase in passenger numbers, or does increased usage draw from other nearby stops (without shelters).

(1) Upgrades to the bus stops are as follows:
For bus stops on the eastern (City/Kippax/Molonglo bound) side of road:
- 4269: “Coulter Drive before Lachlan Street” – Concrete shelter was demolished after car collided with and destroyed shelter on the night of 5/10/2022.
- 4271: “Coulter Drive after Lachlan Street” – Shelter upgrades with advertising and new pad with tactiles completed during 2018-2019.
- 4273: “Coulter Drive opposite Schumack Street” – Upgraded pad with tactiles, completed by 2019.
- 4275: “Coulter Drive opposite Shumack Street” – Upgraded pad with tactiles, completed by 2019.
For bus stops on the western (Belconnen bound) side of road:
- 4276: “Coulter Drive before Shumack Street” – Upgraded pad with tactiles, completed by 2019.
- 4274: “Coulter Drive after Schumack Street” – Upgraded pad with tactiles, completed by 2019.
- 4272: “Coulter Drive opposite Lachlan Street” – Shelter (without advertising) installed, new accessible pad, and tactiles, completed August 2019.
- 4270: “Coulter Drive before Belconnen Way” – Upgraded pad with tactiles, completed prior to December 2016.
