1. What is the current process for requesting lighting at Scullin Oval for community members who are not part of an official sporting club.
2. How is the Government making it easier for local residents to access lighting at community ovals like Scullin after dark.
3. Has any assessment been undertaken to determine community demand for after-dark access to the Scullin Oval.
4. What would be the estimated cost and timeline to provide scheduled, ongoing lighting access at Scullin Oval, rather than lighting limited to specific bookings.
5. Is the lack of remote switching infrastructure a reason why the lights at Scullin Oval are not currently in use after hours and how does this compare to the infrastructure at other ovals across the ACT.
