- What is the current operational capacity of the ACT bus network during peak periods, including (a) total theoretical passenger capacity, based on (i) fleet, (ii) frequency and (iii) vehicle limits), (b) actual peak passenger loads and (c) overall utilisation of that capacity as a percentage.
- How many (a) services exceeded seated capacity, (b) exceeded total safe or recommended capacity and (c) were unable to pick up additional passengers due to overcrowding in the past 12 months.
- What modelling has the Government undertaken on the impact of fare reductions on patronage and does that modelling indicate the network has sufficient spare capacity to absorb increased demand or that additional services, fleet, or funding would be required; if so, what specifically.
