- What expenditure reform requirements did the Expenditure Review Committee agree to as referred to in the Cabinet decisions from 16 December 2025 as “the Expenditure Review Committee of Cabinet agreed expenditure reform requirements for the Education Directorate will exclude school-based employee expenses".
