- Was the National Capital Design Review Panel (NCDRP) consulted on the design of the Lyric Theatre; if so, will the advice from the NCDRP be made available to the public.
- What was the role of the Design Review Working Group (DRWG) referred to on page 4 of the Works Approval Working Report that was included with the application for Works Approval to the National Capital Authority.
- Who were the members of the DRWG referred to in part (2).
