  1. Can the Minister list the premises that have been subject to a ram raid in each of the past five reporting periods, including the (a) suburb and (b) date of each incident.
  2. How many of those incidents referred to in part (1) resulted in (a) arrests, (b) prosecutions, and (c) convictions.
  3. How many of those referred to in part (2) that were arrested or prosecuted were on bail at the time of the offence.
  4. How many alleged or convicted offenders referred to in part (2) were under the age of 18 at the time of the offence.
  5. Under what offence category are ram raids recorded in ACT Policing crime statistics, and how many incidents were recorded under that category in each of the last five reporting periods.
  6. What data does ACT Policing or the Justice and Community Safety Directorate hold on the cost of property damage associated with ram raids, and what was the average cost of damage in the past five reporting periods.
