1. What was the mean wait time between a tenant raising a work order for public housing repairs and the works being completed, for each of the past eight quarters (until quarter 2 2024).
2. Of the currently outstanding repairs as of 30 June 2024, what is the longest a tenant has been waiting for a job to be completed since a work order was raised.
