- What protocols are currently in place to coordinate responses between ACT Policing, ACT Ambulance Service, Access Mental Health and Community Mental Health teams when a person is experiencing a severe mental health crisis in the community.
- What are the current criteria and definitions of “harm” used to determine eligibility for involuntary treatment orders.
- Why is the presence of florid psychosis, thought disorder, or delusions alone not considered sufficient grounds for admission to a mental health facility in the ACT.
- Has the Government reviewed the distinction between substance-induced psychosis and intoxication when assessing grounds for admission or treatment.
