  1. Does Legal Aid ACT employee Mr Rob Reis provide advice on employment law.
  2. Can the Minister detail, citing from Mr Rob Reis' application to work at Legal Aid ACT, the employment law experience he detailed.
  3. Does Legal Aid ACT’s email policy permit the use of Legal Aid email for a second paid employment; if so, (a) on what basis would it be permitted, and (b) does this permission need to be sought.
  4. Where permission has not been sought, as referred to in part (3), is this a breach of the ACT public service code of conduct.
  5. Are employees required to advise Legal Aid ACT if they are seeking additional employment.
  6. Did Mr Reis advise his supervisor he was nominating to be President of the ACT Law Society; if so, when did this occur.
  7. Was the Attorney-General advised that Mr Reis was nominating to be President of the ACT Law Society.
  8. Did Mr Reis, on being employed by Legal Aid ACT, declare his employment by the University of Canberra where he is an Adjunct Professor.
  9. Is failure to declare additional employment a breach of the ACT public service code of conduct.
