  1. Could the Government have charged Netflix fees for the water releases in February 2025, given that materials obtained under freedom of information suggest fees might have been in the order of $72,000 per day or $520,000 for the water release; if so, under what instrument.
  2. Did the Government receive advice that the fees referred to in part (1) could not be charged.
  3. Did the Government choose to waive or vary the fees referred to in part (1) for Netflix; if so, was that decision made under the Financial Management Act 1996 or under some other instrument and what was the decision-making process.
  4. Does Netflix's obligation to remediate as part of the arrangement referred to in part (1) extend to remediation of the site after filming.
  5. Has all of the remediation referred to in part (4) occurred, noting reports that, following filming, the site was not cleaned up and restored as it was.
